Here is a cool idea: sampling the national cuisine from each country in the world one day at a time:
An extension this idea that may work for a club: have themed workouts (over a month/year), where you gradually go through typical workouts that are performed or founded in that country. You could even combine these ideas, and have those workouts followed by some food!
Some ideas for ‘Workout of Origin’:
- Russia: Kettlebells training
- Sweden: fartlek running
- Bulgaria: various movements (e.g. squats)
- USA: CrossFit
- Japan: Tabata
- India: Yoga
- New Zealand: Jogging
- Middle East: Belly dancing!
