You’ve always been able to drag unconfirmed appointments around on your planner but what if you need to move it to next week? Or next month? Well you need more powerful appointment rescheduling and now it’s here.

We’ve been working hard on evolving our appointment functionality and the latest feature is to allow your members to book appointments from InfluxApp. You can turn this new feature on in Settings>Preferences and let members access your staff availability in realtime so they can book appointments when it suits them (a real time saver).

We love feedback because we want to make Influx the simplest and most powerful gym management software there is. So when a client mentioned it could be easier than the reports section to see who was on hold we wholeheartedly agreed and added an “on hold page” to the members section. Now you can easily see who is current, expired and on-hold!
