What's new: Q1 2026
Here’s a roundup of everything we shipped in Q1 2026 (January through March).
Mobile payments with Stripe
Members can now pay for appointments directly in the mobile app using Stripe. Saved cards are supported, so returning members can pay in one tap. This completes the mobile booking-to-payment flow — members can find an appointment, book it, and pay for it without leaving the app.
Lead pipeline outcomes
The leads pipeline now tracks outcomes. When a lead converts, mark it as won. When they don’t, record why — went to a competitor, too expensive, location too far, just browsing. Over time, this data shows you where your sales process loses people.
Outcome reporting with graphs is included. See your conversion rate trend over weeks and months.
Staff rosters
A new staff scheduling system. Shifts have moved into a roster system which allows you to view at a glance your schedule and coverage. It sits alongside your class planner so you can see timetable and staffing together.
Mobile app translation
The member-facing mobile and client apps are now fully translated. Language detection is automatic based on the member’s device settings but can also be set i their profile.
Bug fixes and improvements
- Improved waitlist cancellations
- Improved alert system with clearer notifications and auto-expiring alerts
