You can now roster your staff hours across time periods in Influx.

What’s included

Staff rosters let you:

  • Create shifts for each team member with start and end times
  • View the recurring week at a glance — see who’s on, when, and where
  • Plan coverage schedule timetable changes ahead of time

What’s in the upgrade

We’ve always allowed you to schedule staff availability but it wasn’t time boxed, making changes in availability difficult to schedule.

With the roster update, your staff schedule is now as plannable as your classes. You can see at a glance who and when they are available.

Where to find it

Staff rosters are available in the Settings > Roster. Head to your settings section to start building your staff availability.

This is a first release — we’ll be extending roster functionality based on feedback. If there’s something specific you need from staff scheduling, let us know.
