Multi-location billing: one platform, separate payment gateways
If you run more than one gym location, you’ve probably hit this problem: your locations need separate bank accounts, separate Stripe accounts, or separate billing entities — but you still want to manage everything from one place.
Influx now supports tenanted payment gateways per facility.
What this means
Each location in your Influx account can have its own Stripe Connect account. Payments made at Location A go to Location A’s bank account. Payments at Location B go to Location B’s. Memberships, passes, and invoices are all scoped to the correct facility.
But you still log into one Influx dashboard to see everything.
How it works
In your facility settings, each location connects its own Stripe account through the same guided Connect onboarding. Once connected, all billing for that facility routes through its gateway automatically.
Members who belong to multiple locations are handled correctly. Their membership at Location A bills through A’s gateway. If they buy a pass at Location B, that goes through B’s gateway.
Who this is for
- Multi-site gym owners who need clean financial separation between locations
- Franchise operators who need each franchisee to handle their own billing
- Growing businesses that started with one location and are opening a second
What else is facility-scoped
Beyond payments, we’ve been steadily building out facility-level controls. Each location can have its own settings, its own timetable, its own staff roster, and its own member base — or share across locations where it makes sense. The flexibility is yours.
