Why we don't do sales demos

If you’ve ever evaluated gym management software, you know the drill. Fill in a form. Wait for a call. Sit through a 45-minute demo where someone shows you the features they want you to see. Get followed up with emails for weeks. Eventually sign a 12-month contract because the demo person was persuasive and you’re tired of looking.

We don’t do any of that. Here’s why.

Demos are sales theatre

A demo is a controlled environment. The data is fake. The workflows are rehearsed. Everything works perfectly because it’s been set up to work perfectly. A demo tells you what software looks like when a salesperson is driving. It tells you nothing about what it feels like when your 6am instructor is trying to check in 30 members before class starts.

The only way to know if software works for your gym is to use it in your gym, with your members, on your schedule. That’s what a free trial is for.

Our pricing is on the website

We charge per active member. The price is published. There’s no “contact us for pricing” because the price doesn’t change based on how much a salesperson thinks you’ll pay. Everyone gets the same deal.

If you have 50 members, you pay for 50 members. If you grow to 200, the price scales. If you shrink, the price scales down too. No minimums, no contracts, no lock-in.

We’d rather build software than sell it

We’re a small team. Every hour someone spends on a sales call is an hour not spent improving the product. We made a deliberate choice: put the effort into making the software good enough that it sells itself.

That means:

  • A free trial that gives you full access, not a limited sandbox
  • Documentation that answers questions without needing a call
  • A product simple enough that you can evaluate it yourself

What if I have questions?

Get in touch. We answer questions. We help with onboarding. We’re not anti-communication — we’re anti-pressure. There’s a difference between helping someone evaluate your product and convincing someone to buy it.

This filters for the right customers

Gym owners who sign up through a free trial tend to stay. They chose the product because it worked for them, not because someone talked them into it. Our retention is high because our acquisition is honest.

If you need a 45-minute demo to be convinced, we’re probably not the right fit — and that’s okay. But if you want to just try it and see, that’s exactly what we built for.

Sign up, set up your gym, add a few members, and run it for a month. No credit card. No contract. No follow-up calls.
