We’re pretty proud of our planner functionality. We think it’s simple, powerful and quick to change. You can plan your timetable changes, one off holidays amongst many other settings like staff, capacity and whiteboards ahead of time. However we’re always open to ways to make it better. One of those suggestions from a couple of extra-helpful power users was the ability to add multiple days at once.

You can now add multiple days to the planner in one add! Even if you aren’t running the same staff for each class at that time slot, you can still build up a timetable change very quickly and then amend staffing appropriately. Just another way we can make running your facility easier.
