You will likely be familiar with our “booking exclusion” period in your settings. This controls how far ahead of a class that members can book. As each gym is different, this can vary wildly from 24 hours to 0 minutes depending on how much prep is required or instructor notice given for bigger classes.
The limitation here is that not all class types are the same, many clubs run open gyms which are instructor free, and so may not require any notice, and some spin classes need bikes physically moved into place, so you may want some more time. To solve this problem, today we’ve introduced custom booking exclusion types per program. Simply edit a program to override your default and you’re done!
