As an owner, manager, or coach of a fitness facility, you may occasionally have to change the location of a class.

For example, it may be that the weather is so good that you want to meet at the beach or a park. Or perhaps a studio is undergoing some repairs.

Well now you can easily notify your members booked into the class via email. Here’s how:

Go to the class view, and then select:

Options > Change location

Then select the place you would like the class moved to, and write the message to members.

Finally, don’t forget to hit save!

Note: if you do not want any attendees notified then un-check the ‘notify attendees?’ box.
